We pride ourselves on our ability to connect with children as individuals in a respectful and empathetic way, creating a positive, empowering and safe social environment whilst upholding the highest ethical standards. Our aim is to build positive relationships through outstanding service with each interaction.
Our coaches strive to develop themselves and maintain the highest possible standards to meet the challenge of their role. Every session is well planned and broken down into easy understandable chunks. All staff act with integrity, emphasising a consistent coaching vision.
Our core value is to deliver sports sessions which develop the psychological, social and physical needs of every child but also build mutually respectful relationships and behaviour that can benefit them in their daily lives and in the future.
Psychological – To encourage a desire to learn new skills where children will gain confidence both in sport and life-skills. To develop their quickness of thought and good decision making, resulting in an awareness of the effects of their actions on those around them. To encourage children to imagine what is possible and foster creativity that challenges constraints and drives progress and inspires others. To encourage a desire to exceed expectations and take intense pride in everything they do every day.
Social - To demonstrate and encourage excellent teamwork and the support of others. To demonstrate and develop good communication skills using respectful language. To encourage children to build new friendships. To consistently demonstrate an unselfish commitment to working with others to create a collaborative culture. To encourage and reward good behaviour and sportsmanship. To ensure each session is enjoyable and fun!
Physical – To ensure that all children can participate irrespective of their own personal abilities and gain co-ordination, strength and agility. To motivate children to exceed expectations and take pride in all their achievements no matter how big or small.
