Parties can be held at a venue of your choice, park or suitable garden.  The cost of the venue is the responsibility of the customer and is NOT included in the package prices.

It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the venue provided is suitable for the activities booked with regards to usable space, size and safety.  In the event that Parallel Sports Coaching Ltd (PSCL) believe that this is not the case, the activity booked may not be possible.

Bronze, Silver and Gold packages are available  to suit every budget.  Each package  includes fun activities and games linked to your chosen sport and will be tailored to suit the ages of the children present.

Party package prices are based on a MAXIMUM OF 15 CHILDREN, with one coach provided.  Larger parties can be catered for at an additional cost per additional 15 children of £50 (Bronze and Silver packages) and £75 (Gold packages). Please contact us for prices and further information.

All equipment will be provided by, and will remain the property of, PSCL.  In the event of deliberate, malicious damage, the host will be responsible for the cost to replace the equipment.

Available activities for Gold Party Package WILL NOT include Mini Olympics or It's a Knockout

​​Minimum of 15/20 minutes setting up and clearance time will be required.

​

A £50 non refundable deposit will be required on the day of booking, balance to be paid in cash on the day of the party.

​

In the event that the party is cancelled by the organiser giving less than 48 hours notice, the full balance must be paid immediately.  PSCL will offer an aternative date if possible.
