KUDUS OYENUGA
DIRECTOR
Previous to founding Parallel Sports Coaching, Kudus played professionally at football clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur, Hayes & Yeading United, Dundee United, Hartlepool United and Greenock Morton. Kudus has also played for MyPa, Bury, St Johnstone, Boreham Wood, Dartford and Cowdenbeath on loan and had a short stint playing in Qatar and now currently plays semi professionally at Margate FC.
Kudus has a Level 2 Coaching Badge in Football and is undertaking his UEFA B, which will lead onto his A License.

Kudus realised his passion for coaching children and young adults after many years in the professional game. He has been coaching for 5 years and believes that through sport, he can inspire children and young people to thrive and believe in themselves.
His vision is to promote fun, engaging sports sessions to inspire our future generation of fit, healthy and strong youths.

JERMAINE D'SOUZA
DIRECTOR
Jermaine studied sports development, coaching and fitness at college then went on to study Sports Development Graduate having obtained his degree from Winchester University. Jermaine then worked as an intra-college sports activator meaning that he was responsible for delivering in-house competitions, working closely with curriculum teams, and leading gym inductions.

Previously, Jermaine was the head basketball coach for the men and women's basketball team. Jermaine's other roles include leading twilight and theory sessions upon completing his Level 3 Education in Training Certificate.
​
Jermaine is passionate about sports whilst applying behavioural, motivational and different exercise strategies, which help to keep his sessions fun and engaging.
​
As a sportsman, Jermaine knows first-hand the physical and mental health benefits of being active and part of a team. Sport is an amazing way to let off steam and meet new friends.
​
Previously, Jermaine worked alongside his team, delivering over 32 different sports and activities and is excited to bring his experience and ideas to Parallel Sports Coaching.
​
Through coaching and mentoring, this ambition is to guide the youth to help them grow into well-rounded individuals, working with novice youngsters to elite athletes, he envisions inspiring growth in the character and confidence of every child he teaches.

SAMANTHA WALKER
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Samantha's working career has included accounting, administration and Personnel, where she completed her Institute of Personnel Development Part 1 qualification.
​
After having her family, she wanted to work locally and found herself a position within a school as a Teaching Assistant. She progressed over her 14 years at the school to a Higher Level Teaching assistant and then became Extended School Lead, developing a very successful After School and holiday provision alongside Parallel Sports.
​
Her passion is anything 'craft' and she has planned and resourced all the crafting activities across the Afterschool clubs and holiday clubs, sharing her love of making something unique with the children. Her flair for planning children's parties has made the clubs very successful and children have returned time and again to enjoy the party themes she has conjured up.
She believes that children's creativity and imaginations should be nurtured and they should be allowed to explore their own ideas of how something should be. As well as improving and developing fine motor skills, art activities build confidence and decision making - allowing a child to be master their own creation.
She is now an integral part of the day to day running of Parallel Sports and provides administratrive support, planning and new ideas for the continued progression of our Company.
LUKE HIGGINS
SPORTS COACH

Luke gained his Level 2 and 3 Sports Coaching qualifications whilst attending NCB Studio School in Basildon. With his passion for football, he also played for their PFA Football Academy. Currently he plays for Runwell FC and has been a qualified FA Referee since 2015.
Luke began his coaching career at Babyballers, where he realised how much he enjoyed working with children and seeing the improvement week on week. He has now brought that love and enthusiasm for coaching to PSCL where he would like to progress to Senior Coach in the near future.

ELLIE OATHAM
SPORTS COACH
Ellie Oatham is currently studying BTEC Level 3 Sport at Havering Sixth Form college. Having started dance at the age of 18 months, she went on to gain qualifications in dance and has performed at many prestigious venues such as, the Royal Albert Hall, Her Majesties Theatre and Disneyland Paris.
Alongside dance Ellie also competes both Nationally and Internationally in Judo, winning many medals along the way as well as a Sir Jack Petchey Award for determination and resilience.

MIA HIGGINS
SPORTS COACH
Mia studied dance at school at GCSE level achieving a Grade 7. She continued her studies at Tiffany Theatre College for three years completing a Perfomance Course. She is now a professional performer within the Theatrical industry and also works as a Princess performer at birthday parties.
​
Her passion for dance soon led her to teaching children aged 5 to 14 at a Saturday Dance School. Here she could share her knowledge and love of performing, teaching everything from musical theatre to street dance and singing. Her enthusiasm is infectious and the children she teaches have definitely fallen in love with performing arts too.
